My Client Referral Process:
The best way to refer people is to encourage those who you think could benefit from my services to visit my website www.StephanieFlorman.com. Visiting the website is key to the next step - having a conversation - as it will answer all of their basic questions about the services I offer.
Alternatively, I will be offering more classes on practical spirituality and creating spiritual solutions. Bringing your friends or colleagues to one of my groups allows for an informal way for someone to get to know me, my approach and walk away with an education on making better choices for their life.
After receiving an email or call from someone in your network, I immediately welcome them to a friendly conversation about what they'd like to address. I do not charge for this, as it's my way of assessing if I can help them or not. If I think we might be a good fit, I will invite them to a Breakthrough to Solutions Consultation to share how I can help them get the results they want.
In a case where I do not feel we are a match at this time, I will happily refer them to a colleague with whom they would be better suited. You can rest assured that I keep track of all my referrals and never will let you down in my follow-up. I will always treat your referrals with respect, warmth and the deepest appreciation.
As a "thank you", I would like to offer you 6 months of basic membership. Normally a $9.00 per month program ($54 total), this will be yours FREE, provided that you refer a client to my practice.

2. In the text of your email, be sure to detail why you are referring your friend to me (what area of their life is a concern, or what maybe they have mentioned to you, an issue they are having, etc.) so that they realize that this is a qualified referral - not a cold solicitation.

4. Please email me directly (or leave me a detailed message at 800.925.3039) with their full name and contact information (just email or just phone number is acceptable).
5. I will then add you to the Basic Membership plan for 6 months. You will experience personal and spiritual growth by not only extending good karma to your friend(s), but by experiencing my weekly Spiritual Solutions and Strategies.
